Request account deletion

If you cannot access the OneHush app, you can still request deletion of your OneHush account and associated data. You do not need to sign in, install the app, or provide a password to make this request.

Request account deletion — opens a pre-filled message to privacy@onehush.ai with the subject “OneHush account deletion request”.

What to include

Please include the email address associated with the OneHush account and a brief statement requesting account deletion.

Do not send your password, authentication code, recovery code, journal content or other sensitive information.

Identity verification

OneHush may need to verify that the requester controls the account before processing the request.

What the request covers

A deletion request covers the OneHush account, user profile information, user-created content associated with the account, and other account-linked data within the applicable deletion scope.

OneHush cannot guarantee immediate or complete erasure from every third-party copy or backup.

Retention boundary

Certain limited records may be retained where reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution or legal compliance.

What happens next

OneHush will acknowledge the request, verify account ownership where needed, and provide information about the next steps.

In-app alternative

Users who still have access to the app may also use the account deletion option in OneHush Settings. You do not need to reinstall or open the app to make a request from this page.
